Kieu Chinh is a famous Vietnamese American actress who is known for her role in The Joy Luck Club. She was not born in the United States, but we consider her a Famous Face Fro m Orange County because she resides in Garden Grove, CA. Although she is not necessarily well known in Orange County she is extremely famous in Vietnamese cinema.
